A random selection of 6 – 7 (depending on size) lettuce heads. Lettuce varieties: Butterhead, Romaine, Mini Cos, Frisee, Oakleaf, Summer Crisp, Coral, and Batavia.
Lettuce is rich in a variety of vitamins and minerals. Great in salads, as wraps, and in sandwiches.
